Early to mid C19 terrace house in the late Georgian style. Built to 2-storeys, wiith a 3-window symmetrical, classical frontage which has been roughcast with rusticated quoins and plinths. The roof is slate with wide boarded eaves and brick cimney stack. The sash windows have lugged architraves with moulded keystones, while on the ground floor is a modern shop front and a half-glazed door with a fanlight.
