DescriptionA seventeenth or early eighteenth century barn. Associated with the seventeenth century double house, later Cross Keys Inn (NPRN 25352). Housed the function room of the inn, now a residence(?).
The barn stood on the north-west side of the yard. It is a stone walled range with a slate and stone tiled roof. It has been much altered, but shows blocked ventilation slits and a mullioned window. The range is divided into two unequal sections by a stone wall. The smaller, southern section has a wide doorway facing the yard. The larger section had opposed, off-centre, cart entries.
