In the next field but one west of Coed Ffynnon Caradog, approximately two miles north east of Aberystwyth town centre, Glyn Davies and Jonathan Brentnall have noted that there are 'unclear markings on fields' which may be 'of possible interest if another dry period occurs.' Davies and Brentnall photographed these field markings during the drought conditions of summer 2018.
