Abersychan Comprehensive School is an all inclusive school with approx. 950 pupils on roll. The school takes it's pupils from 6 primary schools, namely Cwmffrwdoer Primary, Garnteg Primary, Hillside Primary, Pontnewynydd Primary, St Peter's CW Primary and Victoria Primary, and serves the north of Torfaen. The school has undergone capital investment with state-of-the-art classrooms, an ICT suite, sports laboratory, an Art and Design area and a flood lit astro-turf sports field. A multi-media plaza has also recently opened.
