Former Great Western Railway branch between Bala Junction (NPRN 87046) & Blaenau Ffestiniog (NPRN 41298). Opened 1882, closed by 1961, in advance of the construction of the Tryweryn Reservoir (NPRN 632) which flooded part of the line.
