A cottage set in the northern farm yard in the grounds of Broome Hall (NPRN 86305). It s depicted on the 1sr edition OS County series (Caernarvon. XLI.1 1889).
A one and a half storey cottage facing south across a narrow garden or forecourt. The central doorway is flanked by single windows. The upper storey is lit by windows in the gable walls. The building has a half hipped roof.
