Victoria Bridge is an impressive single elliptical arched bridge, formerly carrying the Merthyr Tramroad (nprn 91513) over the River Taff and now used as a footbridge. Both this bridge and the one at Edwardsville (nprn 34854) were originally constructed with a timber span between stone abutments in 1800-1802 but were rebuilt as stone arched bridges in or after 1815, which survive in their present form.
