DescriptionThe deepest mine in the Central Wales orefield, this site was worked, intermitantly, from 1840-1893, producing lead, copper and zinc ores, together with silver.
Surface remains comprize a wheelpit, traces of the crusher, two level entrances and vegetated or disturbed tips.
