An area of terracing, c.54m WNW-ESE by 40m, where five N-S scarps define a series of terraces set into ground falling to the E, resting on a common boundary on the S.
These features present a less sharp appearance than those overlying the Castle Hill defensie complex to the SE (see Nprn96530).
