DescriptionBuilt in 1898 contemporary with the doubling of the track, both up and down platforms were extended to cater for the growing number of tourists and were known as excursion platforms. This building had a waiting room, toilets etc. Red brick building, 3-bay front with blue-brick dressings and corbelled out entablature. Slate roof, corrugated canopy with valencing ends. Paired windows and half-glazed doors.
In use by the preserved Llangollen Railway (nprn 416546).
