Mid C19th T-plan stone-built planned farmstead. Barn (SO20876771) and cowhouse (SO20886772) are set at right-angles and define the yard. The range is planned so that the cattle were fed directly from the barn. A small storeyed house (SO20870773)with end chimney continues the barn range beyond the line of the farm buildings.
