Mound, 19m in diameter and 1.7m high, thought to be the tumbled remains of a tower, possibly associated with the now vanished Pipton Chapel (NAR SO13NE13). Also considered to be the remains of a round barrow and scheduled as such (BR079). The mound lies in a field under pasture and is partly overgrown by trees.
