DescriptionLondon House, Ruthin is constructed of stone with a slate roof and brick chimney stacks. It is three storeys with casement windows on the top floor, and sashes on first floor. The window heads are flat with stone voussiors. It has a central arched doorway with a fanlight with decorated glazing bars, and a door of 6 moulded panels (top 4 glazed). There is a 20th century projecting shopfront on each side, the right-hand one with 4 columns having capitals formed from Prince of Wales feathers.

The doorway is offset to north: there are two bays to no.13 and one to no.14.
