A three storey house showing a two window, early nineteenth century front to High Street Inferior. The ground floor is taken up by a modern shopfront. The house appears to of one build with No. 44 (NPRN 25630), having common facades front and rear. The two houses comprise front and rear gabled ranges separated by a flat-roofed section. here are cellars below the rear range. The houses are thought to be of seventeenth century origin.
