Description1. Late 18th Century 3-storeyed house. Pebbledash, stuccoed plinth, similar to No. 2 Castle Street.
2. A late Georgian, probably early nineteenth century house, built with number 2 Castle Street (NPRN 15614) as Bulkeley Place. It is a three storey house, showing a three bay front to the street. It is pebble-dashed with a slate roof and roughcast chimney stack.
Depicted on the town plan of 1829 and still a private dwelling in 1937, the house has been converted to retail premises with mid twentieth century bow windows on the ground floor, flanking the street door. The shop interior has merged with the tea rooms in number 2.
