DescriptionAn extensive series of earthworks lie to the south of Castle Farm at ST 42349065. They include linear boundaries, a house platform, and longer but fainter banks on lower ground to the west. Adjacent to Knoll Wood is a rectangular masonry structure. Also, in the main area of the remains, is a kiln. Faint undulations were also noted in an inaccessible arable field at ST42069086 from nearby high ground by the farm buildings.
