A rectangular building platform about 10m west-north-west to east-south-east by 5.0m, with an enclosure about 10m by 7.0m attached on the west. These features are terraced into the base of steep north-facing slopes below Degannwy castle (NPRN 95282).
The site can be considered as part of an extensive settlement complex around the castle (see NPRN 400535).
