One of a group of platforms on enclosed land on Mynydd Machen (NPRN 15507). This platform is located immediately below a field bank on a south-west facing slope, at the edge of dense forestry. Despite this the platform is still recognisable as such though fallen trees obscure much of it. Approximate measurements: 15m long north-east by south-west by 6m wide, hood and platform 2m high.
