Univallate, plough-denuded earthworks on north-east facing slope at 85m O.D. above minor stream, show the position of an inland promontory fort of later prehistoric character. The D-shaped fort measures approximately 80m across north-south. Discovered during Royal Commission aerial reconnaissance on 4th March 2022.
