1. OS 1st edition mapping annotate 'Mill Stream' runng northwards towards this building, with the race rejoining the stream on the western side of the building (see also NPRN 525528 WATERMILL, ABERMAWR). Modern mapping suggest that the mill stream has been diverted back to its course. Aerial photography shows heavy tree cover.
