DisgrifiadSection of buried Roman road north of Whitland, lying to west of Rugby pitch, surviving under pasture and recorded as a parchmark running for 150m during Royal Commission aerial reconnaissance on 17th July 2018. A line of well-defined quarry pits survives on the north side, visible as parchmarks. The photography shows a recently-constructed farm barn and hard standing which may have destroyed the road line at its east end, and field drainage being installed in an adjacent field to the south. Recorded during the 2018 drought.
