Royal Commission aerial reconnaissance during the 2018 drought, on 19th July 2018, revealed cropmarks of a small concentric circular round barrow, measuring 14m diameter, sited on the valley floor alongside the River Wye. Various other less clear cropmark shapes are visible in the same field, but none can be identified with any certainty.
