The 400 yard firing position for this range (NPRN 419922) is a bank formerly 50m long (as depicted on early OS maps) but is now only clearly visible at its north end, the south end having been disturbed and removed. Where clear it is about 5m-6m wide and 1.5m high. The bank once supported some structure to judge by the angle-iron upright protruding through the turf.
