The 100 yard firing position (for firing range NPRN 419922) is a well-preserved sandy bank but is largely inaccessible due to thick overgrowth of thorns and other shrubs. It measures 4m-5m wide and 1m high, with a length of about 50m, aligned north-south (map measurement).
