A modern or recently rebuilt pair of structures, perhaps formerly two barns or even a house and barn or outbuilding of some kind, now linked by a roofed over passage to form a single unit used as a study centre with dormitory (interior not inspected) The two structures are not quite parallel which makes one feel that it was not purpose built but built on an earlier site, however no structure is shown on the 2nd edition 25" map so any earlier building would have to post date 1912. Both are built of mortared stone in similar style with slated gabled roofs, the linking structure having a flat roof. Dimensions ca 16m x 6.5m and 19m x 5m. 280m above O.D.
