DisgrifiadFarmstead built in the 1930s, shortly after the Midlleton Estate (NPRN 86175) was divided into 7 farming plots. The farmstead was occupied until the late 1990s and now forms part of the Estate of the National Botanic Garden of Wales.
The farmstead comprises a detached double storey farmhouse with adjacent outbuildings. The farmhouse is brick rendered with a slate roof and two gable end chimneys, a portico style front porch facing south, a small rear porch and a single storey extension on the west side. The adjacent outbuildings are brick with slate and a later corregated roof.
