DisgrifiadA warship (minesweeper?) is shown aground with bows towards the embankment and keel orientated 080/260 degrees on aerial photographs dating to 7 July 1946. The vessel's deck configuration of raised bridge on the foredeck and gun turrets to the rear is similar to others warships shown aground within the fleet anchorage to the south of the Pembroke River (see NPRN 90546). The UKHO reports three foreshore obstructions in the vicinity of the Martello tower, but these may relate to the hulked BERTHA GRACE also reported on the foreshore at Pembroke Dock (see NPRN 240323).
