DisgrifiadHaulfre Tea Rooms were built c.1865 as a house, "Sunny Hill", on a site partially cut out of thehillside. The associated gardens (Nprn: 301621) were designed and laid out by Henry Pochin between 1871 and 1876. The ground floor, although converted to use as tea rooms retains 19th century detailing including plaster ceiling roses, panelling to window reveals etc.
