Disgrifiadb. Iron Age Promontory fort on the North side of Pwllgwaelod. Defined by a single rampart which runs for 60m across the neck of the promontory, enclosing 0.19ha.

b. Another possible promontory fort might be at SN00303999 about 85m ESE. This is described as a more certain site than the one above with a "defending bank" about 4m long, 2m - 3m wide and 0.5m high. No evidence of habitation within defended area.
