DisgrifiadA one and a half storey building with a hipped slate roof, thought to be earlier nineteenth century. The street front is stuccoed, with a single first floor window. Prior to late twentieth century alterations there was one large window on the ground floor flanked by smaller openings. A doorway opens onto a passage between this building and No 11.
Formerly part of Church House (No 11: NPRN 25728). Possibly a service building, or stable.
