2. A late eighteenth or early nineteenth century townhouse, of three storeys with attics and basement. It is stone-walled and stucco-faced, with a slate roof. The building is L-planned above the ground floor, the rear wing being slighly canted. One and two storey accretions crowd the rear of the property. The five window street frontage is crowned by a cornice. The massively rusticated ground floor has an early twentieth century bank frontage, topped by a railed balcony.
