Intended as the end of terrace properties of Green Edge (NPRN 15698), built in 1825. Occupied from the start by the Beaumaris Book Club and known as the 'Beaumaris news and billiards room'. The club became the Royal Anglesey Yacht Club in 1885.
Verandas were added in the later nineteenth century.
