The Dollwen Barrow is a circular barrow, surviving approximately 0.3m in height, discovered whilst parched during RCAHMW aerial reconnaissance on 17th July 2006. The barrow occupies a position on a level river terrace alongside a telegraph pole, and forms part of a wider ritual and burial complex along with the Dolwen enclosure (NPRN 404647 with a longer description of the monuments) which lies just to the west.
