Tan-y-bwlch station is the principal intermediate station on the narrow-gauge Ffestiniog Railway (nprn 34660). The station opened in 1873 and closed to passengers in 1939. The railway was restored from the early 1950s and Tan-y-bwlch station was reopened in 1958.
