Cofnod Safle

A collection of linear earthwork features, probably field boundaries or trackways, extending over an area of roughly 450m north-south by 400m. This area was enclosed within Middleton Hall Park in the early nineteenth century (NPRN 86175) and these features probably represent the pre-park landscape. Comparable features have been recorded elsewhere across the former extent of the park (see NPRN 401339; 401730-1).
