Probably 1830's, originally officers quarters, these form a group with No.1 The Terrace and the former Captain Superintendent's House (Commodore Club), etc.

Shown on an Admiralty plan of 1858. On an Admiralty plan of 1869, west part is described as the Chief Constructor's House, the east as the Storekeeper's House. (DJP 06/02/1998)
