1. Outbuilding to N of Cloister Hall, built over vaults. 2 storeys to N side and W end, single storey to S and E. Rubble stone construction with slate roof. Projecting structure at NE angle incorporating gargoyle. Door to vaults on N side with window above. Window to W front and flight of external stairs leading to a footpath which runs between the outbuilding and the house.
