Terrace house of c. 1830. Forms a pair with No. 1. Highly unusual in having the front wall of coursed cut slate blocks. Sandstone dressings. Three-storey, three-window front. The second house in a curved terrace of 22 houses, built in connection with Telford's road to Holyhead. Reported to be in a poor condition in 1996 (RAJ, RCAHMW, 212/10/03; based on CADW listing description).
