Disgrifiad1. Situated at the E. end of Park Street, adjacent to Ruabon Gates. Probably erected in early C19th as part of the estate development on Park Street.
2. Two storey; of roughly coursed rubble with dresses stone quoins, having a hipped, slate roof with octangonal stone chimney; 2 unit plan.
3. Part of important group of buildings on Park Street and association with Wynnstay Estate (see Nprn27143).
