The Old School, Tregynon is a 19th century school in Gothic idiom, with white-painted walls and slate roof with coping and kneelers. There are round-arched heads to the window lights; a 3-light window in pointed arcading in the south-west gable; a buttressed 4-bay long-wall elevation to the road with 2-light windows in oblong frames and a cross-wing with a roof vent from the other long wall.
