Cofnod Safle

An area around this monolith (7' high, 6.5' broad, 3' thick) was excavated in 1961, revealing a shallow pit before it, containing charcoal, whilst the stone may have been erected on a prepared bed of red clay and have had a small cairn, 9' by 10' to the north.
