DisgrifiadOn the south-facing slopes of Waun Tincer, just above the Afon Hepste is located a scatter of irregularly shaped stony mounds of various sizes. They lie both inside and outside an enclosure (NPRN 84463) and vary in size between 5m and 15m across and averaging 0.3m high.
Linear features, or 'wandering walls', are also present. The cairns lie around solution hollows which in one case has been utilised as a stone dump; another is undermining a cairn. See long text.
