Cofnod Safle

To the N of the large enclosure, described elsewhere (301522) and separated from it by an area of natural boulder scree and bounded on the SE by a steeply sided gully, a series of banks form a vague enclosure, open on the NW side. It measures internally, 37.0m. SW-NE by about 50.0m. and is bounded by a bank of similar size and construction to that of the larger enclosure. There is vague evidence of an internal bank running NE-SW which would have divided the enclosure in half.
