1. All that survives of the moat is its S arm together with short stretches of the E and W sides which indicate a formerly trapezoidal enclosure. The S side measures internally 52m across, the remnant sides 19.8m and 12.2m respectively. Low counterscarp banks on the E and S suggest ditch clearance (no join). The ditch is about 6m wide.
2. The N part of the site is occupied by Persondy farm (Nprn19724).
