The Old Ship, Ruthin, was rectangular in plan and of two storeys, of which the upper one was a semi-attic. The timber-framed walls were carried on dwarf stone walls. One of the most interesting features of the building was the series of five great crucks, which divided the building into four bays. The building was demolished as part of a road widening scheme in 1965.
