A deserted rural settlement which includes several platforms and long huts (NPRNs 247056-247061 & 247065). A natural spring was noted at SO0401847336, which may have provided the settlement with its water supply. Originally recorded at SO039473 in the NMR, the grid reference has been amended to a central point within this extensive settlement grouping.
