Partial remains of a possible ring cairn. It survives is an arc of mostly earthfast stone standing 0.3-0.4m high. It appears to be the remains of a ring for a ring cairn. The denuded area which would have constituted the remainder of the ring is now a slightly raised section of earthfast stones. The centre of the cairn is defined by a sub-rectangular area of mostly earthfast stone. The cairn would have been up to 12m in diameter. Immediately to the south appears to be a small clearance cairn. The general topography is typical for bronze age cairns, a gentle slope rises from the north east to the edge of a south facing panorama view. 2002.05.02/OAN/NW
