DisgrifiadA flight of three rectangular ponds, part of the formal renaissance garden of c. 1603 on the north-west side of Old Gwernyfed house (NPRN 25948).
The ponds are laid out on ground falling to the north-east so that they descend from the south, separated by earthen dams. The lowest pond is 25m long and the two others are 30m long. All are about 8.0m wide. Three small square islands have been identified in the upper pond. The axis of the ponds continues that of the terrace to the north (NPRN 25949).
