A small farmhouse within an improved enclosure. It consists of a two-celled farmhouse, which survives up to 1m high and measures approximately 17m long and 6m wide. It is well constructed using large stones and quoins, and features a doorway to the north. An extension was added to the east side of the house, but this was not as well-built. In addition there are two ancilliary lean-to buildings on the southern and eastern sides.
