2. A group of C19 buildings around an enclosed yard consisting of a shop and a row of cottages. A warehouse attached to the shop was demolished c1890. The shop is of coursed limestone with asbestos roof and sash windows. The building is 2-storey, with the upper floor used as living accomodation. The three cottages were added at a later date and are also built of limestone rubble, with pebbledash render and slate roof. Originaly two storey, the upper floors have been removed and the cottages used as garages.
